Frequently asked questions

How are fantasy football playoff odds calculated?
ffwrapped combines the current league state, remaining schedule, scoring history, roster projections, playoff cutoff, and league rules, then runs 5,000 simulated finishes for the active-season forecast.
Do the odds use my league’s real remaining matchups?
Yes. The season forecast begins with the imported schedule when it is available. Scenario tools can also show how standings change under alternate schedule arrangements.
Are playoff probabilities guaranteed?
No. They are estimates based on projections and scoring variation. Injuries, lineup changes, trades, and unpredictable weekly results can move the forecast quickly.
Does the forecast support median scoring?
The simulation accounts for the league’s median-scoring setting when it is enabled and applies those weekly results alongside head-to-head matchups.
How are fantasy football championship odds calculated?
For a supported bracket, each simulated regular-season finish continues through the fantasy playoffs. Teams receive a new projected score in each round, and championship odds reflect the share of all 5,000 simulations each team wins.
Which playoff formats support Playoff Path?
Playoff Path supports conventional fixed 4-, 6-, and 8-team brackets. Leagues with custom formats still receive the regular-season playoff forecast, but championship paths and projected playoff matchups are not shown.
